GPC 2013 National Push/Pull
Five Australian records were broken at the NT leg of the GPC National Push/Pull by Darwin Powersports lifters this weekend. Congratulations to: Rhiannan Smith Junior 60kg Bench and Deadlift (57.5/120), Shane Stringer M3 100kg Bench and Deadlift (170/230) and Stephen Stravrinos Open 100kg Bench (190). A brilliant effort all round!
